HOUSTON, Texas – The Houston Astros return to Minute Maid Park for a seven-game homestand, May 2 through May 8. The Astros will welcome the Seattle Mariners for three, May 2-4 and the Detroit Tigers for four, May 5-8.
Highlights of the homestand include a Yuli Gurriel AL Championship Replica Ring, a Jose Altuve Tequila Sunrise Circle Number throwback jersey, a Jose Altuve Home Run Swing Bobblehead and a Mother’s Day celebration.
Monday, May 2 – Astros vs. Seattle Mariners: 7:10 p.m. CT The Astros welcome the Mariners to Minute Maid Park for the first time this season as they begin a three-game series on Monday. 10,000 fans receive an AL Championship Yuli Gurriel Replica Ring, presented by Gallery Furniture.

It is also Navy Day at the ballpark, with a special pregame celebration of the United States Navy, a special honorary first pitch and color guard.
Tuesday, May 3 – Astros vs. Seattle Mariners: 7:10 p.m. CT The Astros continue the series with the Mariners on Tuesday, which is Dollar Dog Night presented by Texas Chili Company. Fans are treated to unlimited hot dogs that are one dollar apiece all game long.
In a pregame ceremony the Astros will celebrate 2021 All-MLB Team Awards for outfielders Kyle Tucker and Yordan Alvarez.
All proceeds from the 50/50 raffle on Tuesday will go to Candle Lighters charity.
Wednesday, May 4 – Astros vs. Seattle Mariners: 1:10 p.m. CT The Astros will close out the series with the Mariners on Wednesday at 1:10 p.m. CT.
All proceeds from the 50/50 raffle on Wednesday will go to the YMCA Miracle League. A special first pitch from the YMCA Miracle League will also occur.
Thursday, May 5 – Astros vs. Detroit Tigers: 7:10 p.m. CT The Astros open a four-game series with the Tigers on Thursday at 7:10 p.m. CT.
The National Anthem will be sung by 70 children from Energized for Excellence.
All proceeds from the 50/50 raffle will go to the Tejano Center.
Friday, May 6 – Astros vs. Detroit Tigers: 7:10 p.m. CT The Astros continue the series with the Tigers on Friday with a special Flashback Friday celebrating the decade of the 1970s.
10,000 fans will receive a Jose Altuve Tequila Sunrise Circle Number throwback jersey, presented by Houston Methodist.
Pregame Happy Hour presented by Budweiser will take place from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Michelob Ultra Bar. Fans can enjoy $5 Ultra Draft, a live D.J. and amazing views.
Friday Night Fireworks presented by ConocoPhillips are set for postgame, featuring music from the 1970s. Friday Night Fireworks are subject to weather. In the event a show must be cancelled due to weather, refunds will not be granted.
Saturday, May 7 – Astros vs. Detroit Tigers: 3:05 p.m. CT The Astros continue the four-game series with the Tigers on Saturday.
An equipment drive presented by Bank of America will be in full swing at the ballpark on Saturday, and fans are encouraged to bring new or gently used baseball equipment to any gate from the time the gates open at 1 p.m. until the end of the first inning. All equipment will be donated to the Astros Youth Academy.

Fans can also celebrate Mother’s Day all weekend long at the ballpark. Houston Methodist will have a special pregame ceremony and honorary first pitch to raise breast cancer awareness. Also, a large pink ribbon for breast cancer awareness will be unveiled pregame in the outfield.
