And it was all caught on camera.

During the Royals’ 15-7 win against the Padres on Sunday, an adult at Kauffman Stadium was seen on the broadcast appearing to rip a home run ball out of the glove of a young fan.

When Juan Soto hit a grand slam in the top of the seventh inning, the broadcast captured the man colliding with the boy, who wore a Royals hat and matching t-shirt, to battle for the ball.

The ball appeared to land in the youngster’s glove before the man in the red beanie snatched it. The Royals fan, along with another young boy, appeared stunned as the man ran off with the ball.

Former Royals minor-league pitcher Daniel Tillo claimed in a tweet that the fan in the beanie did the “exact same thing” last week in Oregon.

The same man accused of stealing baseballs from kids’ gloves appeared to also drop Nick Pratto’s homer in bottom of the fourth during Friday’s 13-5 loss to San Diego, according to fans on Twitter.
